please put me down for a copy! many thanks.

  2. Please tell me who you are and I will!

Meanwhile, I have just had the first chance of reading, in book form, the whole text of HWV in one go. And if I say so myself (and on behalf of the authors) – WOW!
The book’s gestalt shines out far more powerfully than I expected.

The book is now available from the printers.

But it may become cheaper for shipping when advertised by Amazon.co.uk and Amazon.com hopefully by the end of July or beginning of August 2013.

If you wish to purchase a copy signed by the editor/publisher with whatever necessary shipping costs via the UK, please write to dflewis48@hotmail.com
